Google Search: emolument

Google Search: emolument: "Dictionary.com/Word of the Day: emolument... 2003. emolument \ih-MOL-yuh-muhnt\, noun: The wages or perquisites arising from office, employment, or labor; gain; compensation. ...
dictionary.reference.com/ wordoftheday/archive/2003/03/14.html - 11k - "

My son's tip to save time instead of going to www.dictionary.com and then typing a stange new dfficult word - save a step and just type it in the Google window of a Google Bar. For "emolument" the word that eluded our recall on Christmas - it looked like the above. Pretty neat. It seems for most of these difficult or esoteric words - the definition is what we want need and get.

A bit like the feature that Google wotks as a Calculator "345.6 x 987.89" yeilds "345.6 x 987.89 = 341 414.784" and probably a lot more.
